We met Miranda at a Wedding Expo. First thing that stood out to us was that she made gluten-free wedding cake/desserts that actually tasted fabulous! The process to choose flavor, size, and style was easy and smooth. For any contract and payments, she was very clear and sent helpful reminders.

This cake was amazing! Every single guest LOVED the cake! Our favorite was the white cake with raspberry. Our first consultation with Miranda, she was extremely professional and I loved how clean her bakery was. We ordered extra cake and had no left overs. Thank you for creating our new favorite bakery!

Miranda should be on EVERY bride’s vendor list for cake baker! She was so sweet, attentive, and talented. Our cake was not only beautiful and unique, but absolutely delicious! We ended up having a personal half/half bride-groom cake (vanilla and chocolate), and sheet cakes for easy cutting for guests (vanilla, chocolate, lemon w/lemon curd). We still get compliments from our guests about how yummy the cakes were, when in reality those praises should have gone straight to Miranda. Seriously, you won’t regret working with her! 1000/10 recommend!

Miranda's Cakes and Confections is our family's go to bakery for special events. Miranda does beautiful custom cakes that taste delicious and are also affordable! I can tell she puts a lot of love and care into her baked goods. Miranda's is the next best to homemade and sometimes even better! She's always worked with any ideas I've had and gone the extra mile. I can also vouch for her pies! Don't miss the pecan chocolate bourbon one-- beloved by our whole family! It's not a walk in place-- pick up only. I just wish we lived closer so I could catch her food trailer at the Morton farmer's market and try more of her goodies!

Miranda did the cakes for my daughters wedding 10/1/22. They were exceptional. Everyone raved on how good it all was. The wedding cake was beautiful and the sheet cakes were awesome!! I would highly recommend her! She was very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly, even on the day of the event.
