I was here with one other person, and we both decided to get the Israeli Experience for $32 each, though they warned us it was a lot of food and we could split it. We did indeed take home some leftovers, and it was a terrific deal. Said experience is a comprehensive sampling of their menu, featuring two skewers, five salads, hummus, tahini, and two pitas, served with a choice of yellow rice or French fries, with the salads and skewers being our choice from the menu. Since we were going to share a few cold mezzes/salads, we decided to get fries and rice. The fries were well portioned, with a light crisp, while some were a bit soft. Everything here was great, including the shrimp and salmon skewers—super flavorful and very tender. We tried 7 different salads and my favorite one was the eggplant.

Miriam Street Food is a locally sourced and culturally inspired Mediterranean cuisine in a New York setting. Their dishes also reflect the rich cultural history of the Middle East. We ordered a couple Blue Moon drafts to go with their delicious hummus, shawarma, and skewers including kofta. You may ask yourself, how good can skewers be? Try it and you’ll understand the quality and flavor of Miriam Street Food. It is a great environment with an awesome crew of staff that are super friendly and helpful.

Skewers were good, best one lamb, worst one beef. Skip the chicken wings. Fries were ok! Pita and hummus was the best thing here. For the quality of the food, price could be lower. Still a nice dinner!

My dinner at Miriam Street Food was the highlight of my day. You'll find the food remarkably good. The restaurant provides a warm setting. Staff were excellent, both pleasant and regularly checking if we needed anything. This restaurant sits in a perfect location and we experienced good service throughout.
