Miso Teriyaki House Johnson City

Me and my wife checked this place out for our date night. We were looking for good food and a good atmosphere. This place did not disappointment. The interior is very well done. The service wasn't too bad at all, and the food we ordered was pretty good! It's definitely a place we will probably visit again.

This place was amazing. Nicole our waitress was awesome. I was really difficult asking for special sushi rolls. She was so patient and friendly. She asked the chefs and I got my amazing sushi. Thanks Miso & Nichol. She is a real asset.

sushi varieties are insane! and so delicious! went near close and they didnt rush us or nothing. Vic was an awesome server and a perfect balance of attentive and knowledgeable. We will be back! ALOT! not to mention, my fiance loves soft shell crab and they have several dishes that include it! i usually take more pictures, but the food was so good, I was too busy eating.

Food awful, never coming back. Got the tempura appetizer, all of it was unseasoned. Main dish was Ramen pork Katsu also unseasoned, except the pork was but only with pepper. At least the free soup at the beginning was good and not cuz it was free.

The atmosphere is fun and different, the service has been good anytime I've been. The only issue is the food, the thing you're actually going to a restaurant for... I paid $16 for 6 pieces of subpar sushi. Almost $3 per piece of the most lack luster sushi I've ever had is quite frankly a JOKE. And $7 for 4 calamari fries that were basically just fish sticks lol. I've had a few rolls from them and have never experienced flavors that I truly enjoyed, not like I have from other places. Unfortunately, the value for money is just not there, and I'm not buying overpriced, subpar food, not in today's economy. Go to Hana across the parking lot for better tasting, less expensive food, better value for money.
