Miss Bagel & Delicatessen

I did a mobile pick up order, so I can’t comment on the wait times. But the food?? Delicious!!! I absolutely love the bacon, egg, & cheese on an everything bagel! I will say that I have had better french toast elsewhere, so those weren't my favorite. I'll definitely try out a few other items

Miss Bagel. A true NYC gem in Brooklyn. The walk through the neighborhood (depending on where you come from) might fool you. The place is an absolute 5 star. We were attended by EB and she recommended the classics: bacon egg and cheese and the traditional Manhattan style: cream cheese, lox, capers and onions. Both on everything bagels. Stop by and have a great meal!

The pumpernickel everything bagel had a great texture to it with a crunchy crust + chewy center. I liked the scallion cream cheese too. My only concern is that there was a LOT of cream cheese (see photo), and I sadly scraped most of it off because it overpowered the bagel. I think a quarter of the amount pictured would strike a better balance. The bagel is very good on its own

They had a few tables for seating and were not too busy when we arrived. The staff was sweet and they have a great selection of bagels! The prebuilt options for bagels and sandwiches have both classic and unique combinations. Bagels were crisp and chewy, and the egg on the BEC was so fluffy and perfectly cooked! A couple other pluses was the awesome vibey music and clean bathroom.

Amazing food and concept. Horribly slow and unorganized experience. The build station is over cluttered and disorganized. Having 2 people work that area seems like it would be a good idea until it isn't. They where working over each other and slowing down the execution of orders. If you have 2 workers working back to back you need to independent spaces that you can split the orders to make the workspace efficient. Although they do have a sign warning of slow seeds on The weekend it should be a caution warning not a certified guarantee of slow service. The saving grace is the food is actually amazing. Its just frustrating to see the potential being squandered with inefficiency.
