I absolutely love this restaurant. We eat here so often and bring family here when they visit. As an active duty service member I love the atmosphere and how it's centered towards us. I love how they give free desert to service members and veterans and I also love how you can purchase a reusable cup and if you bring it with you the next time you come you only pay for a refill. The food here is killer too!! 10/10!!!

Brisket was moist but lacked flavor. Sauces are an acquired taste, alot of flavors that don't go together. Worth $25? No. @Famous Dave's has much better BBQ.

Whether it’s a quick lunch or grabbing dinner after a long day, this place consistently delivers amazing BBQ every single time. The Norfolk location on Premium Outlets Blvd has a welcoming vibe and the team always makes you feel appreciated. My usuals include the moist brisket that’s always tender and packed with smoky flavor, the fall-off-the-bone baby back ribs, and the pulled pork that’s juicy and full of taste. Service is always spot-on. Friendly, fast, and attentive without being over the top. They remember regulars, offer quick recommendations, and everything comes out hot and fresh. No microwaves or shortcuts here, just real handcrafted BBQ done right

Service at this location is superb. I usually dine with my kids and the staff will help bring the food to the table without needing me to ask. We are fans of the sauce varieties. It’s something for every taste. Highly recommend ordering the cobbler desserts. My boys like the brisket and baked beans.

If you are looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere, then this is an eatery that you would definitely want to try! The Food was great! Portion sizes for sandwhich(es) were more than what we were expecting. Definitely getting value for the money and in today's economy, that's hard to say for some places. And with an engaged Staff, customers were well looked after at all stages of the dining experience! Gets my Vote for going back again!
