I had a great experience! Mrs. Nathalie was kind and helpful. My biggest piece of advice is to make an appointment! I had an appointment for 8:30, and I was out of there by 9. Mrs. Nathalie made my experience great. She was the best! It might be a drive for me and my family, but I will continue to make the long drive since we have had such a great experience. Keep up the great work Meridian DMV!

The building is beautiful, the bathroom was super clean, and the lady I dealt with was so friendly and helpful. The only negative thing I can say is be careful where you sit, some seats are loose.

In and out in 15 minutes on renewal. Much better than years past.

I talked to both Hattiesburg and Jackson facilities, Neither one could help me. I called and got Hannah at the Meridian facility. She did great job helping me. Thank you , Hannah!!

I went in today to get my license updated and my medical card … Miss Tiffany help me out and got me back on the road thank you so much… very friendly and helpful
