Missy Moo's Frozen Yogurt & Treats

I've been visiting Missy Moo’s for over two years now. Every visit has been amazing— except for this one. After scoping out all the local shops, I decided to go to my usual favorite Missy Moo’s on Valentine's Day 2026. 1st- it smelled awful in there. I guess there was a sewage leak beyond their control- I get that. 2nd- most of the frozen yogurt options were unavailable. They may have had 8-10 options. 3rd- the toppings bar was scarce. The Carmel was clumpy and non-existent and the peanut butter sauce was pretty much empty and appeared to be old as well. This was a huge disappointment. Especially on a day when you are going out to treat yourself and your loved ones. The ice cream should have been offered at 1/2 off at best! For reference, a medium cup is $9. Very impressed with our visit!! Two smalls with a student discount was MUCH cheaper than we were anticipating, an incredibly pleasant surprise. The location was very clean, and we received kind, friendly service. Plus it ended up being delicious! Will definitely be returning.

Clean environment. The worker was constantly cleaning and refilling toppings. Everything is delicious with fresh toppings. They have now changed, it is a flat price per cup. I don't like that. It was always fun to weigh it and I feel it costs more.

The place was very clean. I've never been to any Froyo shop, so this was a first overall. It was really good and had plenty of options. The price for what it you get is a pretty good deal, in my opinion, and they also have a rewards program to save more! There are plenty of choices for toppings and the froyo itself! Was definitely a good experience and would recommend it!
