Update 11/14/2025 For over four years, Mr. Taco has been my go-to food cart in Hillsboro, and for a very good reason. Their reputation for rich, authentic Mexican flavors is well-earned. Every week—or at least every ten days—my family and I find ourselves coming back for the same favorite: the Asada Beef Taco, cooked perfectly on the grill with their beautifully sautéed onions and peppers. As for me, I recently started trying something different, and I’ve become completely hooked on their Beef Head Taco (Hand Beef) prepared in true Mexican style. When I add their grilled onions and jalapeños, it becomes a meal I honestly can’t find anywhere else. Hey, the tacos were good. The sauce was good. Did they have burritos? Not except for breakfast ones so it's pretty much tacos for you if you go here. Thought it was a bit expensive I paid 24 for 7 tacos 🤷 but I guess everything is expensive now
