Mitran Da Dhaba ( 100% Pure Vegetarian )

Had a craving to try out a new place, and Mirtan came up as a suggestion from Google, so thought why not. Loved the AI-dhaba vibe and the spacious, well lit interior. Ample seating. Parking in the rear is a little non intuitive as we could not really find an entrance from there. Menu was vegetarian dhaba standard fare. Loved the sizzling paneer from the tandoor section. Makki roti and saag was on point. The dahi bhalla was on the drier side. Rose lassi was just plain sweet lassi. Shahi paneer was good. Naans were on the tougher side. Falooda was ok. Loved the jaggery chai. Overall - we got to try out a new place.

Really good food, huge portions. Staff is really nice too. If you are vegetarian one of the best places on the island for indian food. I could barely finish the amritsari kulcha by myself. Faloda had real rabbdi and sooo much of it. The portions are really big and nice. Also on the spicier side(more authentic indian) so if you dont want it tell them.

I ordered malai chaap, tea, and methi paneer, and honestly everything was disappointing. The malai chaap was completely tasteless — no creaminess, no flavor, and the texture felt chewy and dry instead of soft. It didn’t feel fresh at all. The methi paneer was even worse. The paneer pieces were rubbery, and the gravy was bland, oily, and had a bitter aftertaste. There was no balance of spices, and it felt like they just mixed everything quickly without caring about the taste. Even the tea, which should be the easiest thing to get right, tasted watery, weak, and had no proper aroma. It felt like it had been sitting for a long time before being served. On top of that, there were a few flies around, which made the experience even worse and affected the overall hygiene feel of the place. I

Miranda Da Dhaba is a newly launched vegetarian restaurant in the heart of Hicksville, New York. Restaurant is well decorated, nicely organized & clean. Staff is very friendly & cooperative. Their in-house mithai sweets are delicious as well.

Amazing service and great food. Very pleasant atmosphere and everything you order is freshly made to order. Place to visit over and over again. Servers Akansha and Karan are very pleasant and helpful. Food is always fresh. It’s my go to place, every week.
