MKS Restaurant

We followed the food smell to the front door and it was love at first scent..(no typo)..lol...If the food was anythn like what we were smelling we were gona end up sleeping or working there. We loved the limited menu although small it was full of the essentials and not overwhelming. Between the 2 of us we had the surf and turf(steak & lobster) with the arroz con gandules with Mac & cheese and the lamb chops with garlic mash and sautéed spinach. I have to say all the food we tasted made its home in our taste buds. AMAZING AND WELCOMING!! All and all the food was AMAZING and DELICIOUS!! Looking forward to our next visit..

I drove over 2hrs from NJ to support MK’s black owned business. It was standing room only due to a block out from dinner services being provided we got my food to go, it was absolutely delicious and very tasty. The decor was sexy music on point I want to extend a shout out to Slice thank you for extending the invitation for me and my family to dine at your restaurant we were very impressed see you again! If you haven’t stop by MK- Bx, please do you will not be disappointed!

My friend and I went here and boy did we leave happy. I had the Rasta Pasta which was a pinch spicy and very delicious while she had the Shrimp Linguine. Thier garlic bread was soft and delicious and thier wings were sweet and tangy! This place is definitely a must try, I can't wait to go back!

Saw this restaurant on TikTok and had to try it. I ordered a 24$ lobster Mac and cheese. To my surprise the Mac wasn’t macking cause it was penne. Which isn’t so bad but then I realized the lobster I ordered in it was imitation lobster. The taste wasn’t bad so that’s why I have them 2 stars but I believe they should be transparent with the fact that your not using real lobster and charging me 24$ for it. Aside from that the food tasted ok but the presentation sucked which is how I noticed it was imitation.

I ordered the lunch special the MK Smashburger, which comes with fries and a soda. The burger bun reminded me of a school cafeteria or hospital burger, kind of like a soft whole wheat bun not really my preference. I would’ve liked a brioche bun instead. The burger itself wasn’t as flavorful as I expected, though the sauce was actually pretty good. The fries were light and had a nice little crunch, but they were really stingy with the ketchup barely half a squirt in a tiny 2 oz cup maybe a half a teaspoon of ketchup honestly, a ketchup packet has more ketchup than this container! Barely 2 1/2 fries could be dipped in it! Overall, I was disappointed with the burger and ketchup! I was short on time, so I didn’t get to try anything else, but I’m hoping to come back and try the Rasta Pasta
