Mo' Bettahs Hawaiian Style Food

Forgot my Mac salad, 2 of my sauces, and barely gave me any steak. The steak I had was tough and chewy and Katsu was cold. I’m actually disgusted at how bad the service was. 3:45pm on 2/10/26

This is the second time that we've eaten here and the first time wasn't bad, but not great, so I wanted to give it a second try. We were really excited to come here on the night of 9-4-2024. We ordered online while we were driving and then walked over from the Springhill Suites to pick up our order. I took photos of the restaurant at night, as you can see and everything in the photos looks fine, right?! Unfortunately, the meat was almost inedible due to the flavor and we could barely finish it, but we were too tired to get something else. I think the issue was too much salt and too much charcoal flavoring. It was so extreme that even sauces couldn't cover it up. I think we'll stick to Panda Express when we drive through here or just not stop anymore and plan differently?! :-( Very disappo

I really enjoy Hawaiian food but often want to limit carbs. Mo'B offered really delicious food but with limited Carb options. I had the Protein Pork and Chicken bowl with vegetables. It was great. The portions are also really large.

This is our first time here, and we ordered the Kalua Pig and Teriyaki Steak. The flavors are good, but my Teriyaki Steak wasn’t very tender—though the sauce was delicious. I highly recommend the Chicken Teriyaki; the chicken is tender, and the sauce is great. Service was also friendly and fast.

Visit Cedar city for the 1st time, found this lovely restaurant just next to highway, has good reviews, we ordered 2 Lunch plates , they were very delicious. The people who work here are nice & friendly. But I was curious if the food should come with cabbage? It’s different with their website.
