Mobile Cuban Cafeteria

I just moved to the area and always see this food truck and wanted to try it for a while now. There’s always a line, so I assumed the food had to be good. I decided to stop one afternoon while running errands.. there was a short line, but it was pretty fast once you know what you’re ordering. The food is cooked to order, so I did have to wait about 10 minutes, which was fine with me because I ran another errand and came back for my food. I was so excited to try it, being part Cuban, the menu was filled with food I grew up on. I gave up meat almost a year ago, but I was willing to sacrifice it all lol and had no regrets.. I ordered a beef empanada, which was seasoned to perfection, I also ordered a media noche and a materva. The media noche was put together well. It was a huge sandwich. I

You have a choice of Chicken, Beef or Ham & Cheese Emapandas Ordered 2 Ham & Cheese Emapandas. Great crust, thin, light & crispy for sure. Definitely not greasy at all. No concerns there However, all ham, no cheese made it quite salty. Cheese would have cut the saltiness . The lack of cheese in the Emapandas, where my only disappointment Also, I ordered A Cubanai & Media Noche Cubania The difference between the is that The Media Noche is made w a sweet bread and a regular Cubana is made with cuban bread loaf. Both are extremely delightful With plenty of pork and cheese with the brine of the pickles. The MediaNoche came out in flavor with the sweetness from the grilled bread. I ordered both to taste the difference If you prefer a bit of sweetness, then I'd order the Medianoche again and
