Mobile Fixture Restaurant Equipment

This company is an absolute joke. They were hired on to help with an install that SHOULD have been complete months ago. We have had to return, replace or repair nearly every single item we purchased. The ice bin sold to us wasn't compatible with a soda system. We were sold a "draft system" that was really just two refrigerators that would have immediately had a voided warranty if we had attempted to convert them. When the request was put in for a replacement, we had to fight with the company to not charge a 30 percent restocking fee over items that THEY should have never suggested. They had to send a repair person out for our brand new ice maker. The plans that they created for our layout didn't work. We ended up adjusting everything in some way, fashion or form. Call first: I'm not going to leave low stars because I'm sure the place is great, but the website doesn't say to have an appointment for Mondays, just shows it's open. Was needing get some kitchen equipment and traveled here. Looks like you need to call first to make sure you can look at stuff. Would have been nice if the website related that information or showed by appointment only so I could have called and made the appointment. I would call while I sit here in the parking lot but that wouldn't make much sense due to the doors are locked and I'm not going to be rude and schedule an appointment minutes upon arriving. So this review is for others to know that you need to call them first!

I’ve been working with Cameron for the past year and he has been so helpful at every turn! He’s responsive, quick to solve problems, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I love knowing that I have someone I can trust at Mobile Fixture when it comes to buying equipment for my bakery. I highly recommend both Cameron and Mobile Fixture!

This place is awesome for both professional chefs and the residential cook whose looking foor kitchen products. Mobile Fixture has a large supply of everything from mini cookie cutters to giant commercial equipment. This was our first trip and we'll be returning for future purchases.

They have a very large assortment of kitchen items fpr your kitchen needs. Staff is super helpful and very polite.
