Watered down. Tasted horrible. Got the Dubai frappe, looked nothing like advertised
I asked for popping boba- very specifically asked if they had that when I ordered, but they gave me tapioca- and when I let her know it wasn’t what I wanted she said well- that’s what you ordered. Not offering to make it right. I don’t luke the texture of tapioca boba, so I had to throw away my 10$ beverage and the mean lady still got a tip. I’ll be sharing this experience with everyone I know.
Disgusting customer service. Drinks are watered down.
got the signature Boba, wasn’t the best and overpriced. Guy was great and got the drink relatively fast. Overall 2/5. Need to lower the prices for the quality of the boba.
