Mochinut Brentwood

Caylin and Mindy were so so kind. Our drinks were super yummy. We got a mozzarella corn dog and a fruity pebbles donut but those got ate too quickly for a picture 📸. So happy a nice new boba spot got opened here in Brentwood!

we really like the food and the drinks (when made properly), however the service is poor. the caucasian girl who works at the register and who makes the drinks (i didn’t catch a name) is rude. she also made my drink wrong after we specified oat milk. she threw a bag at my husband when he asked for one and has allllll the attitude when approached. she would benefit from being re trained. the business would benefit as well because her attitude would be fixed. we likely won’t be back based off her behaviors.

The Mochinut Donuts are all right.I purchased the grapefruit orange drink after the cashier working there recommended it. The grapefruit and orange drink was disgusting. I asked if the drink could be fixed, changed or if they could give me the original drink I was going to order, but the manager couldn't help or accommodate me. Poor customer service. No customer satisfaction.Overpriced, and it doesn't even taste good. Sadly, I would think this place was five stars, but I should have just trusted the reviews. Now I see why it has low stars. Never again going to this place.
