MOD Pizza

I had my suspicions of the " unlimited" toppings so i really went to town on them. Ordered a bunch with the Califlower crust. As suspected the entire pizza weighs about 9oz with the box. The crust makes a flat bread look like a deep dish. The lack of topings is so substantial that some of the slices only have one of the items i ordered ( i.e. 1 sausage piece , etc) i'l include photos. Thought maybe if i threw in a 3 dollar tip the kid would be more generous , nope. i ordered three (3) cheeses , 2 of which were " extra ". i'll bet there's 1 oz total of cheese. I have worked in kitchens and managed bars going on 30 years. I know portion sizes like i know the back of my hand , trust me its 1 oz. total. 3 sauces - same deal. . Bottom line is dont let the cheap prices f

Stopped in for a quick dinner, had the Jasper Pizza and Garden Salad. The flavor of the pizza was good but very thin crust and sparse toppings. Salad was fine, just an average garden salad if you need to get some veg in. Staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was fairly clean. I think it's a little overpriced for what you get but overall it was a decent meal, but nothing to write home about.

CELIACS BEWARE: First, none of the workers at this location in Park City were not wearing hairnets or beardnets. This is a food safety violation. The employee gladly washed their hands and changed their gloves. They offered a cauliflower pizza to substitute, but they did not realize how serious cross contamination can be. They put the cauliflower base (kept in a separate fridge) on a metal pan that was covered in flour. When asked to replace it, they put another one on a clean plate from the back before toppings were added. The employee that puts the pizzas in the oven removed the cauliflower pizza from the plate and put it directly on the same surface as countless other pizzas. He used the same oven tools to remove the pizza. Then, they cut the pizza with the same cutter that cut a glu

My first time at this chain and the employee named Nash was incredibly kind and helpful. Good food. The MOD sized pizza is a large serving.

Nice concept in pizza selection...you choose the pizza crust thickness, type of sauce and the toppings. You can get all or some toppings, same price. Or, you can buy one of their popular pizzas. The end result was a nice, good tasting pizza. We had the thick or double crust...good thickness. I highly recommend. Price was good enough.
