Modern Market Eatery - Boulder

I’ve been to this location several times and they have the worst night crew. They stop letting you dine in store at 8:30 when they close at 9:00 but tonight was the last straw. They didn’t even toast my sandwich. It taste awful and I can barely pick it up. It’s gluten free and falling apart. As a restaurant owner myself I think corporate should fix this before it ruins their business. Mod Market has great food usually but this location isn’t worth it.

Got this place for lunch today through DoorDash. I ordered a salad and found a bug in it. Absolutely disgusted and will not be back. Make sure to check your food thoroughly.

I had the Thai coconut salad, which was delicious. The salad dressing had a great flavor and all the toppings were great. I particularly enjoyed the sweet potato’s. The chicken was good, but it was a little dry in some parts, and some of the lettuce pieces were wilty, but only like 3 or 4 small pieces. The food came out in about 10 minutes. I enjoyed the wall and seeing all the plant decor. One thing was that for maybe 30 seconds there was like a really loud blender that disturbed the peace. Overall pretty good though and the prices were reasonable.

What an incredible dining experience! The Citrus Chicken was not only large and flavorful but also healthy, scoring a perfect 10/10. The counter service staff was friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall meal. A fantastic choice for a delightful meal!

I ordered the Buddah Bowl & took off the spicy broccoli & slaw. I also asked for the "SAUCE ON THE SIDE!!" When I got my order, the bowl was completely empty on one side (assuming that's where the broccoli & slaw would have gone). The sauce was also mixed into the food, like I asked them not to do 😂 I paid $15ish dollars for half a bowl of food. It honestly looked half eaten when I opened it and I'm just very confused why the portions are not considered after removing certain items (because we all have preferences!) The food itself is high quality & very good but I was very sad about how little I got :(
