Moe's Original BBQ

Stopped by Moe’s right before Mardi Gras wrapped up, and overall it was a solid visit. The server and bus boy were very polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better during such a busy time. The food was good and definitely hit the spot. The BBQ had great flavor but came out a bit lukewarm. The mac and cheese could’ve used a little more cheese, and the potato salad would be even better with a touch more mayo. Even with those small tweaks, everything was tasty and the experience was positive. I’d definitely come back again!

First time in Alabama so we were looking for a good barbecue place, particularly for white sauce. This was delicious. The staff were efficient and friendly. We had a big platter with lots of meats and added a side sampler just so we could try everything. It was all delicious.

What a great way to spend a lovely Friday and watch the uga. The food here is fresh and hot. This a great place for some BBQ. Either you eating in or taking home the BBQ it will not disappoint. I definitely recommend the pull pork and the smoke wings. If you swing by, stop at the bar look for Nastasja she’s the Best and her drinks hit the spot!!!

Love Moe's "nachos" fresh made chips and loaded with pulled pork and all the fixin's. It is an appetizer, but it is plenty for a shared meal at lunch. We have not visited for lunch in a long time, we were disappointed to find you order at the counter and self serve drinks, extra sauce, etc. It must be a recent change as we watched several people come in and not know. The staff said they do have table service at other times. Food was still tasty and good portions.

Visiting town and stumbled upon Moe’s, and pretty dang happy about it. While the meal was great, the standout was the cornbread! Fantastic piece of cornbread! Nice chill vibe, enjoyable place to spend time!
