Moe's Southwest Grill

The staff was friendly enough although i missed the signature “Welcome to Moe’s” - not happening here! Food was ho hum. Nothing was hot . The meat was room temp, our $8 bowl of queso was luke warm , the chips tasted terrible and half of them were stale. The salsa had huge chunks of onion and other ingredients and had an off taste. Despite my complaints about the chips nothing was done. When i told them about the queso temp , they replaced the queso with an equally cold product. They were out of beef and charged $1.99 extra for the beef they had ready without mentioning it was extra. The new pricing is very high! 1 kids meal, 1bowl, 1queso and 1 burrito plus 1 soda cost $45!!!! Rediculous! This place is absolutely disgusting. The chairs & booths are ripped with stains. the floors are wet from bathroom water. Only one high chair. Their sanitary station is on a shelf in front of anyone to touch. This place needs to shutdown. I spoke to the manager before I left and he did not seem to care about anything I said. I was in the hospital 4 days ago and would have rather eaten hospital food than at this restaurant.

It’s unfortunate that this is the only local Moe’s. We need a good and food safe Moe’s in Covington or something. I’ve experienced horrible customer service at the location previously but it has been a while and wanted to doordash Moe’s instead… I received no sauces, no drink, half of my toppings to my bowl is missing… when this was $33. New management is needed and quality development for this location.

Well this Moes has a serious issue with getting customers in and out. First off when you walk in there is dry "welcome to moes". Not the like the others where they say it loud and with enthusiasm. "WELCOME TO MOE'S!!" I went into moes at 1:55 pm on Saturday. There were 2 gentlemen in from of me and there was one person at the register. There was a young lady in the back and another man running back a forth getting items and taking item to the back. Once the guy on the register finished he came to take the orders. He was slow and correct in getting the orders. The problem i have is no one was helping him. There were 3 other people that came in behind me that was waiting to give their orders. Update 4/11/25: Yo! Why my rice was crunchy? You can't make this up! I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt. I'm going to keep doubting this store will not get better and eventually something else will be here. Ordered a Adobo chicken down with white rice, and my brother had streak & adobi chicken with seasoned rice. He said his order was okay. I noticed they shallowed the bowl, but made it wider so it appears to be a regular portion. The manager had to help out the line employees. But , that is the team work mentality. Kudos to the manager. Other than hard rice the other topping was okay. I will see if they make it right by redeeming themselves. If not I will deem this store a total loss and continuously let all know to avoid this store like the plague! Original Po
