Moe's Southwest Grill

I was at the mall shopping, and since there weren’t many restaurant options, I decided to grab a meal here. Unfortunately, the portions especially the meat were small and lacked flavor. The customer service was also disappointing, and considering the price, I’d much rather go to Chipotle.

First time I ordered here. My 1st order was a steak quesadilla... Somehow it turns to tofu. The stack was steak as how it should be. Both were very soggy and none got the proper grill time needed.

In the midst of a busy mall it’s hard for any restaurant to run accordingly, especially where you’re creating your own bowl at the counter. The food was excellent and the staff were even better. Specifically want to shout out Jesus for making our day here! This man leads with a kind smile and warm welcome with every customer! Moe’s is so lucky to have Jesus! Will definitely be coming back!

The bowl was expensive compared to Chipotle. But they give you free chips and salsa. Quantity was not bad. Taste was good. This is a good option to eat at the food court

I ordered the nachos here and the flavor was really good, but the overall experience wasn’t great. The worker who helped me had an attitude, and the way she put the nachos together was disappointing. She barely added any toppings, and when I asked for more, she put everything in one spot instead of spreading it evenly over the chips. My total came out to $23 for nachos with guacamole and a soda, which felt overpriced for what I got. I enjoyed the taste, but not the price or the service.
