Moe's Southwest Grill

Let me start by saying I haven’t been to Moe’s in years but my baby girl wanted to try it (she’s 4). To be honest you could tell the manager was in need of some help. All of the filling needed to be refreshed and the grill needed a major cleaning. I saw chips floating around in oil that was barely hot enough to fry, the lettuce looked so bad I had to ask for it to be replaced, and there were cup tops in the salsa at the bar. I skipped some of the filling I would normally like because they look so bad. I wish the experience was better.

The staff working today were fantastic! They greeted everyone (not the typical just yelling welcome to Moe’s) AND they thanked each person for coming when they left. The staff worked together well- helping to keep the line moving, the place was spotless and the food was great. Well done Hiram Moe’s!

Ordered delivery. Instead of a burrito they sent a bowl. I'd have been okay with that except there was enough salt in it to preserve a corpse. I nibbled on a few dried out bits of chicken but ended up throwing most of it away. Maybe it's better in-house; I cannot recommend delivery and will probably give this location a pass from now on.

Not sure exactly what has happened with this location. However it has went downhill very quickly. Pico de gallo is now hand chopped and very chunky and very big. Got a side of guacamole yesterday and it was absolutely terrible it's like somebody did not follow the recipe. When pointing out these concerns to the employees they gave you a nonchalant I don't care attitude. Also recently in the past couple of months I have ordered a catering order and it was not sufficient. Received a response from the store or from corporate... so I'm posting here now. Disappointment with Catering Order #2240892 - Nacho Bar for 10 People Dear Moe’s Catering Team, I recently placed an order for the Nacho Bar (Order #2240892) for 10 people, choosing to cater the event rather than preparing everything myself.

It was ok, no difference from other Moe's. I got the Stack everything was good except the pico de gallo, it had too many onions and not enough cilantro and lime.
