Moe's Southwest Grill

Horrible experience yesterday. I was served by a young lady with glasses and a ponytail and her energy was so horrible and felt as if she made my food sloppy as well because of her energy. I'm very understanding that people that people have bad days but sheesh the energy and rudeness was so bad I really didn't even want to order anymore. The other young lady was nice that rung the order up but honestly the other one ruined my entire experience which sucks because I like this location but I don't think I will ever come spend my money here again.

A coworker and I have been coming to this Moe’s weekly for years, and we’ve never had a bad experience. Kat is usually who’s behind the counter and she’s always been incredibly efficient, kind and helpful when it comes to getting our food quickly and well prepared.

This is the new test location where they have items not found at other Moe's. The Street Tacos are amazing. The place is very nice. The customer service is great. This is an upgrade from my previous experience at Moe's. Good clean restrooms with changing tables.

The last few times I’ve been they put the receipt in the bag with the chips. Not the worst thing ever but a little gross. Today they put the receipt INSIDE the tinfoil resting on top of my stack. It literally heated the receipt up and smeared the ink on my stack. Not only gross but dangerous

I wanted to take the time to post about my most recent experience. I’ve been eating at Moe’s for years, but this was the first time I used their catering service for a casual, small gathering I was having at my house. The customer service I received from the moment I ordered online was great. Pickup was super easy. Food was already ready and hot. They packed it really well and brought everything out to my car. No spilling at all! The food though…..was BOMB. Again, I’ve been eating at Moe’s for years, but I felt like the food was exceptionally good. Everyone was talking about it. Good amount of food for the price. I’m sorry I didn’t take a picture of the set up. We dug right in. Will definitely use their catering serving again!
