Moe's Southwest Grill

I have 4 reasons why I eat at Moe‘s. 1. Moe’s chicken is extraordinary 2. The ratio of ingredients for each meal is perfect. 3. The salsa is addicting. 4. The Coca-Cola Freestyle Machine Are you here for a five star Michelin meal? Of course not. It’s fast food. This Moe’s has good customer service, large portions, highest quality ingredients, flavor and ambience. I’ll be back.

Just left this Moe’s and I will Say that my families experience was great from the time we walked in. We were aware that it wasn’t long before closing so we felt kinda bad but when we walked in we were greeted with smiles and good energy. The man preparing our food was great , great communication and just all around great energy. The man checking us out was great as well. We didn’t have a good experience at a Moe’s somewhere else but this one definitely made up for it. It was clean , all around just great.

Ordered ahead, arrived and waited by "Order Pickup." After 10 minutes I was told they kept food elsewhere just in case. I assume this was a manager and he had a devil-may-care attitude. Handling food and money simultaneously. Low health score... I'll pass

Honestly couldn’t eat there, apparently even though the sign clearly says that they close at 9:00 pm Monday - Sunday I guess on tonight they decided to close early. They turned away at least 5 cars of people. I am sure if they would simply put this policy on the door it would be a lot easier for people to determine that they are in fact closed early. Maybe it’s a new policy? Who knows…

By 6:00 PM, several basic items—including pico de gallo—were already unavailable, which is unacceptable at peak dinner hours. The chicken and steak were noticeably dry and appeared as though they had been sitting out far too long. My online order took over 30 minutes to be prepared, despite only a few customers in the store. There were only two employees working, and the pace of service was extremely slow. Overall, this visit fell well below expectations, and I do not plan to return.
