Moe's Southwest Grill

I regularly use my Uber Eats cash at this location every month, and the service is always exceptional, especially from Chantel. She greets me by name every time, and I always leave in a better mood after our genuine interactions. Great customer service means a lot to me, and it’s the reason Moe’s of Fleming Island will remain one of my go-to spots in my limited rotation.

I had the best experience at Moe’s Southwest Grill thanks to Shantell! She is truly one of the kindest and most attentive people I’ve ever met. She goes out of her way to make sure every customer feels welcome and happy, and you can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience. It’s rare to see that level of warmth and dedication ,she made my whole visit better!

Shantell is amazing! I work across the street at at&t and did an online order for lunch, when i walked in they were still working on my order and Shantell greeted me with amazing energy! Every time i come here she always has the best uplifting energy that everyone needs a splash of mid day! The store is also always clean and my food is always done perfectly !
