Moe's Southwest Grill

We placed an order on the app for a Moe protein bowl. My husband went to pick it up, didn’t get acknowledged for at least 10 minutes, and they started working on it finally when it should’ve been ready. He noticed it was being made incorrectly as we’ve ordered it before and it’s never had lettuce on it. When he tried to bring that up to the girl she immediately informed him that he was wrong and that I should’ve made modifications on the app when ordering. Already incredibly rude since that’s not in fact what we ordered and there was no way to make modifications on the app to that specific bowl. He looked up a picture of the bowl that we ordered and what should be on it (seasoned rice, black beans, Oaxaca cheese, pico, queso and double steak) and again tried to tell her that we’ve ordered

Some people say Mo Money, Mo Problems! I say Moe’s Southwest Grill, Mo happiness!!! We got a bowl with the steak, The ingredients were tasty and fresh and I definitely have no beef with the flavor of the steak (cow pun intended) The staff were super friendly, efficient and gave us some great insights on their favorites while ordering. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, I even got a 2nd welcome in message from the staff when I went back out to my car for a minute (that made me feel twice as welcome as the first time) First time experience Moe’s and definitely will now be apart of my rotation of places to grab a quick bite to eat.

First experiance with this restruant was through doordash. We were extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 quesadillas and three tacos. The quesadillas, while they had cheese, only had a tiny tablespoon of rice and about 5 pieces of chicken, the ground beef quesadilla was the same. for 15 dollars a peice thats wild. The tacos were supposed to come one Adobe, one white chicken and one steak, all of them with guacamole. The steak tacos came with zero meat and a 1/2 a teaspoon of guacamole. I swear someone must be using an eye dropper, it would be nearly impossible to only put that much on a taco unless they were really trying their hand at miniature crafts on their off time and decided to take it to work. The adobo chicken was at an okay temp but the white chicken did not feel warm nor smell f

Homeless guy sleeping in front of the store wasn't a good start. As usual, extra for guacamole, extra for queso and extra for white meat chicken. Queso for $2.50 was good, didn't care for the free chips and the Burrito seemed small for 11 bucks.

This was our first time trying Moe’s. The staff was fantastic. Everything was delicious and fresh! We got the adobo chicken burrito. Huge portion. Me and my boyfriend shared. It came with chips and salsa as well. They are also paired up with the cinnaswirl next door. Try both! The burrito was only $13 for everything, and it came with fresh guac on it included. We will definitely be back. They also have an app with points and rewards. The also have tofu if you’re a vegetarian.
