Moe's Southwest Grill

Today was an exciting day to come to Moes! We was welcome, and greeted w/ Open arms & service with a smile & the food was the right temperature. The bathrooms were clean. The restaurant was awesome. The staff was wonderful.

We had raw nachos and they were so delicious and our group throughly enjoyed the food. The worker on the line so nice and know their job well.

I made the mistake of thinking that I would need a side of guac and salsa because they only gave us about 5 chips with each order. They were running out of lettuce & instead of getting more, they just skimped on it. If you keep taking ingredients away you're not left with much - lose the flavor & we won't like it anymore. One of the tortillas on a burrito was over-cooked really brown & part was peeling off. The prices do not reflect the quality any longer. If I'm going to pay $15 per person then I'm going to a full service restaurant. Bye Moes! I guess I should have said that walking out the door. Not hard to find a good Mexican places to waste any more money here. Added picture of crusty burrito, eew.

I just ordered and ate lunch through Uber Eats from this moes. Two steak bowls with cilantro rice beans and cheese as well as a side of guacamole and chips. We haven’t eaten at a moes in 3 years because the chain has gone downhill but decided to give it another shot as they ran a savings promotion today. The food looked and tasted like it was cooked days ago, rice was hard, the chips were very stale and the anemic steak was the cheapest cut of meat I’ve ever eaten, pure gristle. I’m not a picky eater and enjoy occasional fast food but man this was gross - head over to chipotle down the street for way better and fresher food…avoid this place like the plague.
