Moki Sauna is such a unique and great experience. The heat is so relaxing with friends and the facilities are tidy and clean. Nothing beats a hot sauna in the snow. What's funny is that after we did the sauna, we went to a restaurant in south end in our post sauna glow, and the same people from the sauna were having dinner! Clearly there's something magical about Moki. With three uniquely different saunas, three different temperature cold plunges, and a classic rope bucket plunge, we keep coming back.

Filthy, murky cold-plunge pools; thick sludge on the cold-plunge steps; and large puddles of stagnant, dirty water on the floors in both the warehouse and the bathrooms. The music was far too loud, making it impossible to relax, especially when the playlist occasionally turned frenzied — not a word that should ever describe a spa experience. The advertising photos were also somewhat misleading: there is only one outdoor sauna; the other two are located inside the warehouse. The bathroom floor is incredibly slick. I slipped, and only later noticed a tiny sign at floor level warning about slippery conditions. They really need to add an anti-slip finish. There is no indoor or outdoor fire feature to comfortably relax by between sauna/cold-plunge sessions, although this may be due to zoning

Had a wonderful experience using both the indoor and outdoor area for the cold plunge and saunas. Very peaceful Atmosphere that I look forward to continuing to visit as an aid to my run training

Moki was wonderful! We went on a Thursday night and made a reservation just half an hour beforehand. It was fairly empty, which was lovely, we basically had the space to ourselves. Everything was clean and well maintained. Towels and sandals were provided, so all you really need to bring is a water bottle and swimsuit. The sauna followed by the cold plunge was amazing, relaxing for both skin and muscles, and the calming music made the whole experience feel very peaceful. I’ll definitely be back. A couple of small suggestions: having body oil or moisturizer would be nice since the sauna can dry out your skin, and clearer instructions would help (for example, I can’t see without my glasses, so I brought them into the sauna and the frame expanded a bit from the heat). Overall, a great expe

I love Moki! Such a welcoming and special place. I was initially apprehensive about the social aspect but I have had lovely conversations with interesting people at every visit. It’s also totally possible to keep to yourself, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how much the social connection enhances the experience for me. The South Boston location has a great indoor/outdoor setup. There are two indoor saunas and one outdoors, each with a different vibe, but all nice and hot. There are three cold plunges, two outdoors and one indoors. I really appreciate the indoor cold plunge, which is plenty cold but not quiiiite as icy as the outdoor ones. Lots of little cozy spots with chairs and tables to rest between sessions as well. Staff are lovely, helpful, and friendly. Honestly I can’t say
