Mono+Mono is probably one of the prettier interior looking restaurant out there with flowers and decor designed very beautifully! The record bookshelf area with rotating records on top adds a warm and futuristic vibe to the entire dining experience. So if you only care about the aesthetics and instagram-worthy photos, this is the place for you! The food was where it didn't meet our expectation, especially for the price. The galbi jjim, one of my most beloved Korean dish, was the biggest let down. It came with 5 pieces but the meat was not as tender as it should be, it was a bit more tough and chewy which is not reflective of traditional galbi jjim. The porridge was also on the blander side, even though it did come with a good portion of chicken. The truffle japchae was very flavorful, but
Food was amazing! The atmosphere had a moody vibe, very different from most places I’ve been to. The waitstaff and bussers were very, very attentive! My friend and I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment, though we arrived closer to closing time without realizing it. I was so impressed with the staff that they didn’t make us feel rushed at all! Of course, we tried to wrap it up without stretching the dinner out too long! The food was very tasty, and the drinks were interesting in a good way! For date night, I would definitely recommend it! Keep in mind that if you’re like my friends and me, who love to order lots of appetizers to share, choose the floor seating instead of the picture-frame seating. Although it was very charming, the table is a little small given the place's aest
Walking into the restaurant felt like a fairytale. The decor was absolutely stunning. The food came out quick and prices were reasonable. I highly recommend coming during happy hour, it’s starts at 3.
The place is beautiful!!! I admire the decor and overall atmosphere. I ordered the Fried chicken sushi which I rate a 2/5. I was expecting it to taste better. The bulgogi burger and fries was my highlight of the day though! It was very delicious. I rate it a 5/5. I ordered a latte but needed to add sooo much sugar for it to taste good. I’ll give it a 3/5. My friends ordered the salmon sushi which was so much better than the sushi I ordered. I’ll give is a 4/5. Overall, the experience was good. Wish I tried their famous fried chicken!!
I was blown away from my experience here. The food was amazing and there was a live DJ playing amazing house music. The staff was great and everything was very well priced. I would definitely come back for a birthday party or a date night.
