Montague Street Bagels

Montague Street Bagels is an absolute gem in New York! The bagels are everything you could ask for—perfectly chewy on the inside with that crisp bite on the outside. Fresh, flavorful, and generously filled, they truly hit the spot whether you’re grabbing breakfast or a quick lunch. Beyond the food, the place has such a warm and homy atmosphere that makes you want to linger. The neighborhood surroundings add to the charm, giving it that cozy New York vibe where you feel both welcomed and relaxed. Definitely a spot worth coming back to again and again!

They were great. Bagels were amazing. We didn’t want to go where tourists go, found a neighborhood bagel shop. Don’t regret it!

This is a great bagel pie not very touristy. We got the classic cream, cheese bagel, and the Reuben sandwich. They also have a terrace outside where you can sit and eat

The bagels at Montague are top tier — any time I’m in NY I must stop in to grab one! The bagel with lox and cream cheese is to die for. Plus they've got the smoothest coffee which always gets my day started on the right foot. If you’re ever nearby, be sure to give this spot a try - it’s sure to be your new favorite!

Delivery timing is unreliable and restaurant does not bother to offer viable updates to timing. Order was “scheduled” to arrive between 855-900 and it arrived almost an hour late (after ordering at 830). This has been a continued issue with this restaurant over the years. Unfortunately we will have to take our business elsewhere. Not reliable.
