If you can’t afford insulated bags for your own orders, you deal with the complaints. If your food keeps coming out cold, that’s a failure on your end —blaming drivers for cold food just shows you don’t understand your own operation. Cold food reflects poor equipment and low-quality prep management — exactly what you’d expect given the kitchen environment.

I feel like Monte Carlos is not talked about enough and highly underrated. I’ve had a variety of different items from pizza, wings and subs, which are all very good. I love it because they don’t do much with their restaurant and put all their effort into their food. I love the Super Italian cold sub because the bread is spot on and super crispy.

Best pizza in state college + they have halal pepperoni but chicken isn’t halal

This is MY favorite pizza in state college. It's so good. Any time I've gotten it I have never been disappointed - The sauce has flavor! Great pepperonis too! Easy easy parking - and it's free. They're also open super late. My only complaint is EVERY time I want them it's on the day they're scheduled to be closed! I have to wait a whole day for the pizza then! Reasonably priced as well. By far my favorite pizza in the area!!
