i was on a call the lady i was connected to was completely utterly disrespectful. she was absolutely no help. she was extremely rude. she didn’t want to help. if you do not want work in a costumer service call center then you don’t have to. im pregnant as well. so you can imagine the stress and anxiety and everything a pregnant women feel you would understand how much this situation affects me. the call was recorded as well from their end. and i recorded it on my end. these kind of people should not be allowed to keep working in call customer service call centers. this is how you lose people who actually come to you for help.

I had an appointment at the Montgomery Work exchange on the lower level Germantown MD location.Made my appointment with time to spare. If you ask the young pregnant lady at the desk for any information that hasn't been emailed to you forget about it She usually points to the bulletin board for you to find out information because it's not like the staff can tell you of a list of programs, projects events etc. You have to discover on your own what you might be interested in. Best bet... MWE calendar, Google, Montgomery County MD Government, Montgomery County MD Public Library etc The food pantry which starts past the front desk, across from the conference room & the second double doors by the informational desk before Covid that's where the computers were & the staff wer

We need people who are empathetic and professional. I was very disappointed with how unprofessional I was treated today by a couple staff members. I had an appointment today, the lady at the front desk was so rude and mean. So aggressive. She was like go home and come back wym go home and come back I have an appointment scheduled for today . She was like idk ….then she started acting like she couldn’t log back in to her computer. It’s like they hate their job. If you hate your job and don’t have the heart to help those in need this job is not for you. I was called to go to another kiosk again very rude. All I asked was am I supposed to wait here the door is closed . The lady was all like ummm the door is closed you can’t wait out there but not in a kind tone. If that makes sense . They res

I came here long time ago like 6 years ago to apply for food stamps because I got laid off from work. I came here because of hardship. They told me I needed a job in order to qualify for food stamps. I never heard such a thing. The reason why I’m applying is because I’m not working anymore… they said I need to work atleast part time. And I can’t be enrolled in college. The lady I had was very ghetto had a nasty attitude. They declined me and I couldn’t find a job until a year later. I was homeless by then. I’ve decided to move to my friends house in Prince Georges county where they got me food stamps right away and I didn’t need to work i or be in an rmployment program they helped me get alproved. I don’t know if yhis is a Montgomery county thing?

Everyone that works here is lazy. They need to hire new people who actually like to work. There are many instances when you drop off documents and later you receive a notice that none of the documents you dropped off were received. Do these people put the documents in the trash can or in the paper shredder???
