Drive thru order Tried the shrimp dinner Overall good, appreciated it was deveined. The shrimp could use more batter to give it a crunch. Typically I do not like cheese sauce macaroni but it wasn’t bad. Presentation could be better. The cole slaw was delicious. Fresh cabbage used, finely chopped, sweet dressing and served cold! The hush puppies were thick and bready. Nothing stood out. A one bite dish.

Eastern NC BBQ great sides and friendly service. bbq plates, chicken, sandwiches, and hot dogs on the menu. clean dining room with tables and benches. Loved the hush puppies. the flat style cornbread they serve is not my fav. Ordered at the counter and the staff brought us our food. the staff checked on us several times during the meal. discount for paying cash great food and really good experience.

Relaxed and clean atmosphere with friendly employees. G BBQ sandwhich all the way (with coleslaw) was good, they have bottles of different sauces so you can make it your own! So I did. Friend with me had the BBQ and chicken plate. The chicken was huge! Being me, I tasted it, the skin was crisp and light and the meat was tender and juicy. There are many options to eat on the menu that anyone should be able to find something good to eat!

This place is a carbon copy of Smithfield's bbq which is not a good establishment to copy in terms of quality of food is concerned so that means the bbq here is seriously underwhelming, sauce isn't good the potato salad isn't great collard greens inedible, the bbq chicken also not good just ok-ish, service was good and the place itself is nice to sit and eat but the food is lacking.

Food was dry and cold and the food is over priced the hush puppies are frozen and you can taste that
