Mooresville Police Department

I want to thank MPD from bottom of my heart today. I lost my wallet on Market Avenue on Christmas eve this year in 2025. I could not sleep afterwards as i had some important documentation in my wallet which could cost me a significant amount of wait time, stress and money. As MPD found me wallet, they immediately informed me that they have found my wallet and i can get it by visiting MPD. I felt so relieved and all my stress disappeared. MVD is a blessing for us. Thankyou so much, and especially thanks to the kind soul who found it and turned it to MPD. Cheers to the kindness❤️

So I’m just curious who is protecting the rest of the city when there’s 7 to 10 patrol vehicles, not counting the officers, present at Liberty park intimidating and harassing mostly the black kids?! This photo shows more patrol vehicles not including the ones at the actual park! That’s a bit excessive for just one small area of Mooresville.

Cpl. Scott is a great example why people hate the police. Some guy ran a red light and struck my wife's vehicle as she was driving to work in the morning. He lied to the police and said she ran the red light not him EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A WITNESS TO BACK OUR STORY UP. Not only was he not given any type of citation/charge but Cpl. Scott listed my wife as responsible and disregarded those who saw the incident with their own eyes. Cpl Scott is an embarrassment to the badge

I love my town and my police department, though I never want to have to call them! Today I had to call the nonemergency number and have the pleasure of Brittany P answering. She is an asset to the Town and the police department, non-judgmental, understanding, and kind. I didn’t feel rushed, she Is the epitome of customer service! Great job Brittany, keep it up! 👍
