Mooresville Public Library

Great collection of books in the library. Staff is super helpful. Self checkout kiosks makes the checkout process quick and efficient. There are self service return boxes outside. Ample parking around. Website is good for holding books onlone or for searching.

If you plan on downloading e books from here, be prepared for them to, on a FRIDAY AFTER CLOSING, with NO ADVANCE WARNING, to lock you out of your account because your card has expired. If you're an avid reader like me, you'll understand how this is extremely frustrating as well as being extremely poor customer service for which we pay a lot of tax money to access. Mooresville library - DO BETTER!!!!

Great service! Jason and Catherine at the front desk were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained that the library offers fantastic programs for all ages, story time for kids, educational activities and community events. It’s clear that libraries support our communities. Thank you to everyone who works so hard to make it a special place.

We always have a good time here. The area downstairs for kids is great. Quiet room if you just want to read, and plenty of room everywhere else to read, do puzzles, or otherwise play. Always seems clean as well, and the people are friendly and helpful!

Used to be a great place. Not so much anymore. Seems like it went downhill after opening West branch.
