Many of the charging ports don’t work, which is frustrating if you need to get work done. The carpets and seats are heavily stained and noticeably dirty. There’s also a strong urine smell that makes it hard to stay long. The space is very small, yet it often feels crowded. It has a lot of potential while it also needs a lot of maintenance.

Homeless, sleeping people, pets, and fleas! This place needs a security guard and to be cleaned frequently. Computers were extremely sticky and filthy. while working for 20 minutes I kept getting bothered by fleas and got bit. Carpet smells and too many kids on the gaming computers with their bikes, scooters, and pets taking over. There should be a different cool down center provided for all because the library shouldn’t be a spot for naps. All the seats are taken and there is a lack of tables. Moreno Valley needs to do better for the people.

If you want a nice quiet place to study or do some work, this is definitely NOT the place to go!! Was there today and it is louder than a coffee shop! People talking loudly to each other and on the phone while on speaker! I had no clue who the librarian was and whoever it was didn’t bother to intervene and tell people to not be on the phone or talk loudly! It was ridiculous!! I left after just half an hour with a headache and went to a coffee shop!! Waste of my time!!

My partner and I recently moved to Moreno Valley, and we were looking for the closest library. We found this location in the mall which I think is very cool and a great use of space. The employee sitting at the front desk greeted us warmly, she was so kind and helpful! It was a positive experience and we felt welcomed.
