The music was a little loud (wasn't expecting a DJ with brunch). However the restaurant is beautiful, the wait staff were friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. The toast was perfectly buttered. The omelet was stuffed full and delicious. The potatos tasted homemade. And the spring rolls were excellent. Overall great service, great food and friendly atmosphere.

Food was mid at best, my husband enjoyed his chicken fried steak and I ordered the beef tapa for breakfast. The tapa tasted like beef jerky quality— not an essence of what makes a tapa its own dish. Portions were big but for the quality being subpar, it wasn’t anything to rave about. However, the service was ABSOLUTELY terrible. Whoever our waitress was— some short Asian descent woman with a ponytail and bangs, needs to be reconsidered for service. She was practically nonexistent the whole 45 minutes that we were there. My husband waited over 10 minutes to get his water refilled and mind you, the restaurant wasn’t even halfway full to capacity AT ALL, maybe 5 tables open at most. She didn’t ask us once if everything was okay, just made a comment if we were ready to pay towards the end whe

The service is amazing! Very attentive always making sure we were good. Good is excellent as well. We had the gumbo, collard greens, mama's chili and pork belly kare kare. Would definitely recommend and be back again!

I had the biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon and it was fantastic! The bacon was perfect and the gravy had sausage and onions in it. Super YUMMY! Server did not check back with us often as we would have liked for coffee refills. Also, he was not very personable or friendly. Maybe he was having a bad day? The waitress, she took our order and then never came back. She wasn't on break because we saw her helping others. I am not convinced it was short staffed because there were 4 or 5 of them helping others, that included the two I referred to. Great food and I would go back to try another dish.

This was my first time visiting and there was hardly anyone there. Nevertheless, their new bartender was in training, and it took over 25 minutes to get my cocktail. My friend and I both ordered the catfish dinner, which came with 2 sides. I felt that although the food looked good and had a good taste, the fish was slightly overcooked, as well as the cornbread. The yams and greens were delicious
