Food was quickly, freshly & accurately made to order. Store was clean. The guy working was even nice enough to go over the menu with my crew & I being that it was our first time. Highly recommend & will definitely be returning!

Mr. Fries Man in Downtown Durham is, in my opinion, a hidden gem given how few people seem to know about it. I ordered the Junior Chicken Parm Fries and was not disappointed — the food was fresh, the staff kind, and the location clean. I look forward to coming back whenever I get the chance.

My first experience at Mr. Fries was great, customer service was quick and friendly. Having the options to see pictures on the menu made choosing what I wanted to eat way easier! Those mambo tenders did not disappoint!!

The balance of flavors was spot-on, with just the right amount of sweetness and garlic kick. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the portion size was generous. 😋 To wash it down, I had their Triple Threat drink, a refreshing blend of lemonade, fruit punch, and tea. 🍋🍓🧋 The combination was unique and perfectly balanced—sweet, but not overpowering, with a nice tea finish. The best explanation of the menu by the manager I've ever experienced at any level of dining! The store was very clean like it just opened. Staff was kind especially as they trained a new employee, giving him direction and kindness to him on his first day. I use to think the Atlanta location was good but this is the golden goose here. Very good experience even though my car was towed 😆.
