Very dirty. Very sticky. Disgusting bathrooms. Gross dishes. Over priced games. Several games don’t work. Three games say they work, and then just take your money. The staff is very rude, whatever guy at the front counter tonight (white, messy hair, stubble) he clearly hates his job. Acted like everything was an inconvenience. Tried to argue the coupons we were using. The parking lot here is ALWAYS empty, and this is why. Will not be returning to this location. Waste of money to go here. This review comes after visit 3 of it being terrible here.

Paid $30 for two buffets while we were waiting for our dogs to get fixed at the vet thinking this would be a good option for our 18 month old. For starters, we had to wait for 15 minutes at the counter to even get in. Pizza was stale and cold, same for the cheese sticks. Green beans had no flavor. Pasta was cold. They left a metal spoon in the green beans that was hot to the touch. Silverware was all filthy. We could not find a single clean high chair. The salad bar didn’t have much and what was there looked old so stop lying on your Facebook with your salad bar photos. I’m not one to complain ever, I practically never write reviews - but $30 for cold and flavorless food, nasty salad with no toppings no games that I can do with my toddler, and everything being absolutely disgusting includi

CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN !! I took my family of 5 cost $68 once I paid and walked in I regretted it the food looked like it could make you sick 🤢 the salad bar was disgusting salad looked 3 days old laying in a bowel of water , the tables and floors were nasty ! They have very few games and out of the few only like 4 games were working properly the staff was even worse not sure if the man was a manager or what but he had 2 employees in the hallway talking about the place closing down they had no heat in the building, in all honesty that is there least of worries ! The sanitation of that place is down right horrible ! The same lady who welcomed us in handling money was also handling and touching food in the back I will never take my family back I was robbed out of 68$$ this place should be asha

When you come to a buffet you should not be leaving hungry. Unfortunately that is not the case for me and my family $29 dollars later. Food was HORRIBLE. Bathrooms were filthy, none of the high chairs were clean for my child. Silverware was not very clean. Not really any games my child can play either. I thought I would have the same experience here as I would in Lexington. That was the exact opposite. Very disappointed with my experience here.

The quality of the establishment was left at the previous location. Home made signs are plastered everywhere that everyone must pay for the buffet to be in the building. It isn't the same kid friendly atmosphere and I left because of the lack of customer service.
