Mr. Gyros

The food is always good and fresh but difficult when the girl at register can’t speak English. I bought a coupon book to support a charity. Several restaurants, etc…are in book. If you spend more than $10.99 you get a free gyro. I didn’t want the drinks. I spent $18. Girl said If I didn’t take drinks I couldn’t get gyro. I said fine I’ll take drinks. Now she said she can’t change the order. What was she talking about🤯. So what did coupon do; exactly nothing. And my order was wrong; had no pita in it. Frustrating after a long day.

I've been here twice in less than two weeks! The portions are large and the price reasonable. The food is fresh! The staff is great! The Spanakopita was especially good! I will be returning often!

I came with my boyfriend and we both got the lamb gyros. He got the rice and I got the salad. We also got the appetizer of the hummus and pita. The salad dressing is mostly vinegar tasting and the quality of the lettuce seems frozen. The rice is cooked perfectly, but has minimal flavor. The hummus was flavorless, like a fresh can of chickpeas. The gyro meat itself is flavorful as well as the Taziki sauce, but that is the only part of our meal that we were satisfied with. Will not be back .

Vacation is never complete without a visit to Mr. Gyros! Mom and I discovered this place years ago and never miss a visit during our annual vacation to Hutchison Island. The portions are absurd. So much food and flavor. I’m a big eater and barely put a dent in my Gyro before boxing it up. Great family owned snd operated business with popular Greek favorites. Happy to be back and would highly recommend ❤️

My partner and I order from this place almost every week because we love it that much! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistent. My partner is obsessed with the lamb gyro, and I can’t get enough of the spicy chicken Greek salad — it’s my absolute favorite. The prices are super reasonable, and everything always hits the spot. Whether it’s a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend treat, this place never disappoints. Hands down one of our go-to spots!
