Everytime I've ever gone to Mr. Pickles they mess up the sandwich & the order. You ask for no horseradish mayo, they put it on. Exchange it for regular mayo they drown it. Ordered a 2nd aju only get 1. My sandwich was swimming in mayo & mustard. The bread was soaked & soggy due to the mayo. Absolutely disgusting! Not edible

We ordered two sandwiches online and showed up 15 minutes after ordering. 4 people walked into the store, placed an order ther with multiple sandwiches,, and got their sandwiches before we got ours. 35 minutes to get our sandwiches from ordering.

Sometimes a hit and miss on sandwiches. Must be clear if ordering online but doesn't always get order correct. But when they do the sandwiches are great.

I’ve tried to continue to support.. Mr. pickles is just not the “it” sandwich spot anymore. The quality has steadily decreased. Today my bread looked super small (the sourdough loaf).There was maybe 3 sliced chunks of chicken in the middle, the rest of the sandwich was like eating just bread. Is the owner witnessing the bad customer service and the bad quality given? Hopefully that’s not their standard. Maybe do some mystery shops on your staff.. good luck!
