Although I truly believe this man means well, this was an unconventional & quirky experience that I would never want to have again, and I feel it’s my responsibility to others to inform them of what the experience actually is, so they can decide for themselves if they’d like to have it. This is not a restaurant, or an inn, or even a cafe— this is a man inside of his home who is cooking for you. There are no tables to dine at, no privacy to be had with loved ones— you literally walk in, and stand around a kitchen as the guy makes you stuff. He only takes cash, and he only does this every few years when a random person contacts him off Google. Discovered Mr. Pup's on a lark on a trip to Vermont. Quirky little place for good conversation and ho-made chai. If you're lucky, the kindly Mr. Pup might offer you some sweet treat he's recently cooked up. Yum.
