Mr. Tee's Awesome BBQ & Home Cooking

Mr. Tee and his staff were so friendly. They made me feel welcome. The food was hot and fresh. The whole catfish was absolutely delicious! My husband loved his pulled pork sandwiches!

So I just left didn’t know it was closing time because Mr tee was sitting behind the counter waiting for customers… my food was cold old & overpriced!!!! He told me $8 for the plate and $4 for my caramel cake which was completely fine. But he then told me it was 21.99 after tax & charged my card 22.89 for some DOG FOOD. Soon as I walked out he locked the doors… bro you served me leftovers and judged me based off my appearance. Thank you I will NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! First & last time!!

Welcoming coming in and leaving out. Food was cold. Once I made them aware they were not apologetic at all but instead proceeded to say they just put it out. Mr. Tee asked what do I want to do about it? I explained I don't want my money back I just want to make you all aware for other customers. He said OK and that was it. Food was decent but not the best. Customer service was good until I complained about the food being cold.

Not bad. Place reminds me of Thomas Rib Shack on the west side of Tuscaloosa. Service was nice and sweet. Greeted by Mr T and employer. Quiet when I went in, seems like a family atmosphere. Had whiting fish ( out of catfish at the time) and veggie plate. Banana pudding seems to be the best since they were clean out when I ordered. Pretty good to me. All the food that was present looked good to me. Support Black Owned Businesses.
