Mrs. C's Soft Serve & Cafe

Who knew?? This place is new around here and I have passed it by too many times!! Today I am so glad I stopped! Their soft serve is terrific, and the numerous choices for Sorbet and Gelato are amazing!! I'll have to try them al!

Update 7/25, they've added gelato and sorbet options. Including both a blueberry lavender Sorbet that is amazing, and a s'mores gelato that was also good. We've also recently tried the chai tea flavored soft server and that was quite tasty too. Good soft serve ice cream, lots of flavor options. Service was decent for opening week. We'll probably go back. We tried the cheesecake flavor soft serve, normal chocolate/van twist soft serve w/ sprinkles, and a Reese's Flurry.

The ice cream was great- some of the best I’ve had in town! The quality was definitely there, very smooth texture, and great flavor. However, the customer service and presentation was lacking, but that is understandable as they are a brand new business. I am excited to come back soon to see the growth that they will soon achieve. We did see the owner walking around greeting the customers, which was nice! Very happy to have another great ice cream place in Westfield!

Skip this place and go to Northside Creamery. It’s run by a bunch of children. The workers here are pretty rude and not accommodating at all. Couldn't care less about customer service or even basic manners. You can only get one favor of ice cream per bowl which is weird. Green apple ice cream tasted like plain vanilla. German Chocolate was unimpressive. Handed me 3 dripping bowls of ice cream (it's 70 degrees in late September btw) that dripped all over my car and didn't offer or have a box to put them in. When I asked for one, the girl handed me a dirty looking box from the back. Needs some adult supervision to this place up to speed. Will definitely skip this place and head to Northside or Summer House. Big L

Didn't have to wait and had a lot to choose from. Only place I know of with flavored soft serve and indoor seating with a restroom. Would have given 5 stars if they didn't open so late most days.
