Mrs. Fields Westfield Shopping Town

I actually purchased the TCBY frozen yogurt which is adjacent / shares this space with Mrs Fields cookies. Ordered a mint chocolate chip on a cake cone. Very delicious and the single scoop was a nice size. Good pricing compared to cold stone ice cream which is almost double in price for their "like it" size. The cookies and brownies at Mrs Fields looked yummy, but I was more in the mood for frozen yogurt. :) Will visit again when I'm at this shopping center in the food court area.

I placed an order for Valentine's day and easy to say they ruined my gifts. I ordered 2 dozen supposedly heart shape cookies with writing on them and decorations. They messed up the writing, gave me flat simple round cookies, didn't even decorate them all and on top of that I paid over $68. The lady made it sound like it was going to be the prettiest cookies in a nice box, but now im stuck with the flattest cookies barely any decorations and messed up wording and a pizza looking box. I should have just left them and not paid for them, but I felt sorry for them and it was already too late for me to get something else.

Ordered one dozen semi sweet with nuts… 10 miles round-trip only to find my cookies had no nuts… I will be disputing the payment and I suggest you do the same if things aren't right

Probably not a place to visit too often, but great now and then. I love the Peanut Butter Dream Bar and the people who work there, especially the owners are very friendly. For that occasional sweets splurge, it is great!

Mrs. Fields always has a fresh cookie on the days when you need one the most.
