Mr. Shrimp is a small South Florida fast-casual seafood chain with three locations, offering a cleaner, more modern take on the familiar “boil-in-a-bag and fried basket” formula. The space is bright and surprisingly polished with white tile walls, blond wood tables, and cheerful lighting; more design-forward than most Cajun seafood joints. A display case at the counter showcases the day’s (frozen) seafood selection — snow crab, shrimp, crawfish, and lobster tails — alongside signs for house-made sauces and banana pudding. Service was quick, about five minutes from order to table. If you’re looking for fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious Cajun seafood, Mr. Shrimp Cajun Kitchen is the place to go! Our party of six had such a wonderful experience here. The restaurant is spotless, super clean and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The food was outstanding! Everything tasted so fresh, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to absolute perfection. Each of us left full and happy, and dessert was the perfect finishing touch (seriously, it was bomb!). What really set the evening apart, though, was the staff. They were beyond personable, kind, and attentive, treating us not just like customers, but like truly valued guests. 1st visit (July 25): We have been craving sea food boil and were looking for a good place that had them. We heard about Mr. Shrimp Cajun Kitchen from friends so we gave it a try and boy was it delicious! My mom and I took both kinds of boil in a bag to try both options. The portions were great as well. We finished with their beignet fries which were also to die for! We will definitely be coming back and recommending to family and friends! 2nd visit (August 14): We went back for one last boil to end our vacation. Unfortunately, the experience was not the same as the first. Service wasn't great. I had a lot less shrimp in my boil this time around. One of the best place for seafood and Cajun cuisine. Was originally skeptic seeing it looked like a fast food place but turned out to be a very good place with quality food. The seafood looks very fresh as they also have a seafood display counter where you can see the ingredients. Service was good as well and place was clean.

Rosemary was great and the customer service was great. The food was good and fresh. As a Cajun transplanted here in south Florida …. It’s pretty close. The shrimp poboy was fried right and the seasoning was on point.
