Mr.Shrimp Chicken & Seafood

I was really amped to try this food truck.Its been getting a lot of social media coverage. I ordered this shrimp and crab boil. it comes with a cluster of snowcrab ,fifteen shrimp, a lot of potatoes and a piece of corn. The server Told me it would be about 15 minutes Which I didn't mind because everything is cooked to order. She also offered to bring it to my car when it was done.Which I thought was very nice. Overall it was okay. The crab was sweet and tender.But took a lot of work to get to the meat. The shrimp were tiny and not the best. Potatoes and corn were cooked well. The sauce was very buttery but lacked other flavors

Have a meeting after work today so I was trying to find something close for dinner. Had no clue this flod truck was even here but when I saw how reasonable the prices were I said wth. I did a combo with shrimp amd conch. Everything was seasoned well, the shrimp and conch were fried perfectly. I didn't want fries so I asked for plantain. They realized the gave me corn & potatoes by mistake and still came to find me and give me plantain. Delicious! Highly recommended.

Have to say, I've been to the brick and mortar they have in palm springs, but the food truck is where it's at. Yes, you have to wait, yes you're going to see some questionable characters, but well worth it. We ordered hush puppies (fried perfectly, with a crispy outside and creamy seasoned inside), a cup of shrimp (basically a small shrimp only boil), well flavored and plentiful. We then ordered a platter of fried shrimp and French fries, and an order of garlic parm wings. We were told it would be 20 to 25 minutes, but knowing how food trucks run (and this one has a steady stream), have patience. The fried shrimp were one of the best we've ever had. I just love the young lady at the window, her personality is everything. The food and the favored lemonade (watermelon & blue razz) is over the top. Everything is 10/10

If you love seafood and wings this is the spot! The wings were very juicy, packed with flavor and exceeded my expectations. The shrimp, fish and crab legs all fresh and delicious with cajun flavor. And the peach cheesecake dessert was phenomenal. I will definitely be back and i highly recommend to anyone without a seafood allergy!
