This company is not honest. Will send you the wrong product and admit it and then refuse to the item shiped back. He wants to purchaser to pay to ship item back.. NO WAY👎 Already out of pocket extra money because the freight company could not deliver as promised. Equipment and workers had to hired to move this item only to be told after asking the WRONG PRODUCT WAS SENT!!!!!! Poor customer service. You sent the wrong product its YOUR FAULT THAT YOU HAVE TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP. We will not be paying you another penny for this product… To bad you can’t leave zero stars. Buyer beware of this company that will rip you off.

If I could leave zero stars I would! The owner of this business sent us the wrong model oven after we paid THOUSANDS for the oven and more to ship it and get it moved in. NOT TO MENTION HIS WEBSITE MENTIONS YOU WILL GET DELIVERY CURBSIDE but that didn’t happen either! After we noticed we received the wrong model he has been giving us the run around and now refuses to coordinate pickup of this older wrong oven he sent us! He says we have to pay to ship it back when it wasn’t even our mistake in the first place!!!!! Horrible customer service and a thief of hardworking people’s money! Buyers Beware!

I have purchased from Mike on several occasions. The quality and pricing of the refurbished items are excellent. Their customer service is top notch. Any issue I had has been taken care of immediately. I highly recommend using them.

This company isn't honest about there equipment isn't very knowledgeable about what they sell bad customer service of the owner yells and screams at his customers and very rude do not buy from this company!!! Got sent wrong equipment and told I had to pay for it regardless then try to scam me for buying the right equipment I needed zero stars but can only leave 1 there's other restaurant places that are better try P.A.
