We have had the pleasure of doing business with MUN CPAs since 2015. We own 7 restaurants which complicates many aspects of our life. Lou Catalano and his team have helped us grow and navigate our ever changing world every step of the way. We always get more than what we anticipate when we sit down and discuss our current and future endeavors. Very unprofessional group, I do NOT recommend this firm. We met them at a dental seminar 3 years ago and were paired with John Urrutia for tax years 2019 and 2020. He rarely got back to us regarding tax questions, and when he replied it was with one-word or one-sentence responses. They were charging a lot for their services and the bills progressively got bigger year-to-year. After the poor service and high fees we decided to switch firms. Needless to say the new accountants found a lot of laziness and errors in our books. Fast-forward to 2022 and we receive penalty from the IRS for filing our taxes late in 2019. I reached out to MUN CPAs and they did not reply back to me. I ended up calling the IRS myself and now need a proof from MUN CPAs of an extension being filed to get the penalty w

We tried several firms before we found MUN CPA's. We have found them to be very proactive, innovative and efficient. Our experience has been that when there is an issue, they are responsive and actually willing to talk on the phone for explanations! Timely, organized and efficient. What else can you ask for?
