Murphy's Deli

I order food here all the time, the man is always so nice but the lady is rude. The prices are already expensive and she hides the condiments. The main problem is the customer service, if you are going to offer a food service and blatantly show that all you care about is taking people money and providing bad customer service you need to re evaluate.

Ordered food and when asked for napkins with food was told “there’s a bathroom right outside the restaurant” What? Who says that to someone? Especially when I’ve already purchased food from yall When I asked again bc I couldn’t believe it, she asked how many I needed and before I could answer she said “here’s 3” and picked out 3 napkins specifically. Service absolutely horrendous when they’re the only food establishment here for workers that don’t want to drive somewhere else. Get better customer service bc this experience was absolutely ridiculous, first and last time eating there

CityLine location - The worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Dry toast (no butter) and not enough egg to cover the bread. Bacon was almost non-existent. For the price, just not worth it ($6.99). I used to enjoy going there 2-3 days a week, pre-Covid. I can see how they survived with SF being closed for almost 2 years. Raise prices and cut quantity. Seems more drastic than other establishments fighting inflation.

I was standing in line waiting for lady to take my order at the CityLine location. Caucasian lady walks in after me. She totally disregards me and takes Caucasian lady’s order. When she got done then she came over to me & I said I was here before her & she talks over me asking me what would you like to order as if to disregard me again. On top of all that she gave me a cold breakfast sandwich, as if to be saying F U. The lost me as a customer forever!

Terrible customer service at the George Bush/Waterview location. They ran out of product (biscuits) and asked me if they could substitute for an english muffin. I said of course, but they charged me an extra dollar. NEVER going back. I hope it was worth a dollar to them.
