Murray's Donuts

This was my first visit at this shop. The donuts were good but the customer service was poor. Upon entering the store I stood for a couple of minutes looking for a menu and was then asked, "Did you need something?" Umm yea..I'm here for donuts. There was no "Welcome in!" Or "How's your day going?" Nothing. As someone with 13 years of customer service/sales experience I expected better service. The black lady who rung me up, was a lot nicer (hence the 3-stars). She asked me questions and was more personable. She could probably sense my annoyance with the experience.. Would I return? Probably not. But I wish y'all the best!

This donut shop beats any national donut chain store by a mile. Who needs them when you have a local donut shop like Murray’s ? They have a great variety to choose from. The coffee was hot and fresh. Service was great. My first bite of one of their glazed filled donuts was a real treat. Can’t wait to go back and give the apple fritters a taste Update: Went back next morning just for the Apple fritters. I was not disappointed. 🍩. 🍩. 🍩. 🍩

Best doughnuts in Western, SC, and maybe in SC, in my humble opinion! Would love to find a way to bring this deliciousness to Lexington and Columbia!

The donuts are made fresh daily, but sell out fast. You can call in an order early and pick it up later. There are lots and lots of choices. And they are all delicious. Our service has always been great! Buy 6 get 6 free?? Crazy good.

For a small town, this donuts are really good and definitely a go to when you have a sweet tooth or celebration. Both inside and drive thru went quickly and staff were very friendly.
